This Río Caribe cacao comes from El Pilar town in the Paria Peninsula, Sucre – an area best-known for its Trinitario bean variety and Venezuela’s biggest cacao production. Trinitarios are the perfect blend between the delicate, yet full of flavour criollo, and the robust Amazonia’s forastero beans.
