This cacao comes from the Río Frío area, located in Sur del Lago of Maracaibo, Zulia. José Díaz runs his 7-hectare Cacao family farm (dating back from generations) with the best sustainable and land regenerative practices, growing the world-renowned cacao 

criollo bean and trinitario varieties. 

We are Venezuelan bean-to-bar chocolate-makers based in London. Our cacao is sourced directly from sustainable and trusted farmers in Venezuela. All our products are free from preservatives, sweeteners, colourings, additives, artificial fertilisers and  pesticides. Suitable for vegans. Gluten-free, 

lactose-free, palm oil-free, GMO-free.
